Obverse: Dawn's Early Light. In 1814 Francis Scott Key witnessed a Bristish bombardment of Fort McHenry. When the sun rose the next morning, he saw that the American Flag still waved triumphantly over the fort. This glorious victory inspired Key to write the poem: Defense of Fort McHenry.
Later renamed " The Star-Spangled Banner" and adopted as the national anthem of the United States of America. Comes with hard shell and COA inside a plastic pouch.
